Cosmic Web - WIP

Originally envisioned as only masks the project has grown to include standing figures. 

Two of the six faces have been cast - faces and bodies will be intermixed for more complex forms and sculptural magical, fantasy elements will be added to the final forms. 

Participants will be able to stand inside the half-forms - existing in the skin of the other briefly while observing the merkaba filed. 

We're seeking four additional models - possibly more. Various sexes, body types, etc. 

Some casts will be made nude and some while wearing cloth cut to resemble he folds of clothing. Models' privacy and comfort is always our top concern. 

We're putting in an LOI to seek funding from Burning Man to bring this projec to Black Rock City in August/ September of 2022. Stay tuned for news of whether this will happen or not. 

Check back here for a chance to help with funding this project - either for Burning Man or default-world interaction. 

This is a relatively small project, however, collaborators are always welcome and might be necessary if we're able to bring this project to Burning Man. Soon we'll have a link for collaboration sign-ups, work-party events. 

We're all connected. More than ever before, the world is waking up to this fact. We're creating a visual representation of these connections - linking our differences through light and geometric form. 

The Merkaba symbol is supposed to be a vehicle or "chariot" - in ancient mysticism and whether you believe the sacred-geometry symbol is connected to this origin or not, there is a power of conection and of the balance of the whole inherent in the three-dimensional design. 

Connecting everything creates our reality and if that's not the way to Heaven, we're not sure what is. 

By interacting as a participant in the Humble Petitioner prayer positions on the bottom tier, the Ecstatic Observer positions on the top tier, or the interior space as the Observed, the full perspective is attained.
